General Introduction & Applicability

Jedbus (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online sports betting and gaming service provider for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all jedbus services, including Sports Betting, casino games, voucher services, and the mobile app.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between jedbus and the user. jedbus reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and a notice will be published on the platform before any changes take effect.

Account Registration & User Responsibilities

To open an account on jedbus, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual Single Account Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• At Registration Accurate & Complete Information You will need to provide your full name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• Account Password Private & Secure must be maintained. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the jedbus support team immediately.
• Any account created using false information may be closed at any time without notice.

After registration, jedbus may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC verification. This process is in place to keep your account secure.

Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

Jedbus only 18 years of age or older open to all. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using an account.

• A date of birth must be provided at registration, and jedbus may request proof of age documentation at any time.
• Failure to pass age verification will result in immediate account suspension and a refund of any deposited funds.
• Any account found to have knowingly helped a minor access jedbus will also be suspended.

Jedbus urges parents to monitor their children's online activity and make use of parental control software.

Betting Rules & Market Terms

The following rules apply when placing bets on jedbus:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed before it is settled.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will stand. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply to previously placed bets.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or suspended, jedbus will generally refund the original stake. Market-specific rules may apply.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted. Bank transfers are also available on a limited basis.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Verified accounts are processed faster.
• Same method: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Currency: jedbus transacts in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Jedbus reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional verification in cases of suspicious financial activity. Our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is strictly enforced.

Bonus, Promotion & Voucher Terms and Conditions

All jedbus bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Wagering Requirement: For most bonuses, withdrawals are only available after wagering 10–25x the bonus amount.
• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit only, with a minimum deposit of ৳1,000 required.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Voucher: jedbus vouchers are redeemable for specific purposes only and cannot be converted to cash.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Involvement in fraudulent activities.

• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our terms.

Fraud, Manipulation & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jedbus:

• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any attempt to interfere with or tamper with jedbus systems.

Changes to Terms & Contact

Jedbus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.
